This website is operated by Plush Mane ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies they reference: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Eligibility

Our products are human hair. Natural hair varies slightly in color, texture and curl pattern from batch to batch and from photos, and lengths are measured with the hair stretched straight, so curly and wavy textures will look shorter. Color, bleaching and chemical services are done at your own risk; always strand-test first.

3. Orders, pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or discontinue any product, including orders with a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

The Plush Mane name, logo and site content belong to Plush Mane or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
