Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. Custom or special requests may take longer, and we'll let you know if your order needs extra time.

Express: $15.00

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos for damage) and we'll help you resolve it.
